1. a. Ms Excel: perform calculation, analyze information, and visualize data in spreadsheets by using Ms Excel.
    b. Ms Powerpoint: creat and edit presentations for slide shows, meetings, and Web pages by using Ms Powerpoint.
    c. Ms Word: Create and edit professional looking document such as letter, papers,   report ,and booklets.
    d. Ms Access: Create databases and programs to track and managed your information.
